Southwest Sunflower with a navy blue faux lapis stone in the center, and  a traditional Native American flower design. 13/16" diameter, which is a bit larger than 3/4".  Made in USA by expert concho button artisans. Shank loop back - shank opening around 2mm.  This pretty button is domed, and about 3/8" thick including the shank. Matte finish with slight shine, looks old.
